How to Build an Uncommon Relationship

There is success in numbers and successful individuals have a vast network of trusted friends. The amount of people in one’s network is not as significant as the quality and depth of those relationships. So how does one build an uncommon deep relationship? Dale Carnegie gives us great insight to the key of making this happen, “You can be more successful in two months by becoming really interested in other people’s success than you can in two years trying to get other people interested in your own success.”

Learn about them, find ways to serve them, and give freely of your time and resources. Doing this will deepen a relationship faster than anything else. Trust will build, mutual respect will increase and advocacy will happen. You can apply this to business and personal relationships. People will want to be around you and you will have an influence for good that will bring you more opportunities and success.
