Fees for 2020-21 are:
$5—Spayed/Neutered & Microchipped
$10—Spayed/Neutered & not chipped
$20—Microchipped only
$30—Not fixed and no Microchip
Please bring in rabies vaccination information and the required fee to 515 E. 2600 N. North Ogden, UT 84414.
