Many of your friends, family members and neighbors may be older, or perhaps temporarily or permanently disabled; they could need help when it snows. If you are willing to help your neighbors, let them know. Give them your phone number, and tell them to call.

If you are one of the residents that are in need of assistance, talk to your neighbors, and know the phone numbers to your local church leaders and scout masters.
