On Tuesday November 14th the new Skate Park at North Ogden Park was opened with much fanfare!  The 10,000 square foot park includes the components from the old park by City Hall, as well as some new features.  The features are now set into the concrete, eliminating the old transition ramps.  There is a 6,000 square foot future expansion area south of the new park.  Weber County paid for the entire cost of the new park (approximately $192,000) as part of the city donating the land from the old park for additional parking at the library.
