2950 North 900 East
The weather might be chilly, but it is perfect for a brisk fall walk around the quarter-mile track at McGriff Park. This 5-acre park also features a playground, restrooms and a pavilion to seat 150 people. The views to the south cannot be beat.
Like many of North Ogden’s parks, McGriff doubles as a detention basin, with enough room for a soccer field in the bottom of the basin and inside the track. If you visit at the right time of year, you may even find blackberries and cherries. This is a great park to find some “North Ogden Rocks” as well. Keep an eye open for some beautiful new solar lights along the north part of the trail coming soon!
