Stacie Cain has been with the City for 12 years.  She started part-time in the Parks and Recreation Department and has since become full-time.  She has learned skills in multiple areas including the building and planning departments, city recorder’s office and now we are pleased to have her in the public works department as the Utility Billing Manager.  Stacie assures the monthly meter reading is done and processed into our monthly bills.  She is knowledgeable, pays attention to details and meets strict deadlines.   Stacie has a positive attitude and maintains an excellent working relationship with our citizens.  Stacie is a great asset to the City and we are happy to have her with us.
