Supporting Two Special Projects
North Ogden City, in cooperation with Weber CTC and Bonneville Communications, is showing our support in the nationwide suicide awareness campaign and will be utilizing the light poles for banners along Washington Blvd. During this time, we will be temporarily removing the military banners to repair and replace them as needed. These banners are such a beautiful part of North Ogden, and we want them to look their best all while supporting a very important cause. If you’d like to honor your military hero or donate towards the cost of replacement banners, please contact our Streets Department in Public Works at 801-782-8111 or click on the QR code. Additional information will be available as the suicide prevention awareness initiative gets underway and the military banners will be back and better than ever!
Public Works Friendly Reminder
Each residence is allowed one pick up service per black can weekly (blue cans bi-weekly). It is being reported that some residents are getting their can(s) serviced and then placing the same, refilled can on the opposite side of the road for a second service. This is not permitted. If your can is found to be in violation of the policy it will not be serviced. If you are in need of an additional can, please find the Additional Can Request Form at www.northogdencity.com/publicworks/page/solid-waste. Additional black cans are $20.88/month and additional blue cans are $10.80 (serviced bi-weekly).
